The project has several bore wells with potable quality water. Further a water treatment plant is installed. There are sump wells of large capacity to store water and Overhead tanks will supply water to the entire colony simultaneously. The services of M/s Jain Irrigation have been taken for designing and installation of water supply to individual bungalows.

The possession of the first phase of houses has been handed over. The first phase construction is at finishing stage and handing over of possession is in process.
